I saw Pearl Jam during the summer of 03, they did a 3 day outdoor concert at Great Woods in Mass. Vedder interacted with the crowd, the whole band was so down to earth regular guys. They played a really long version of Black on the 3rd night. Pearl Jam didn't get off stage until nearly 11 PM on the last evening. I don't like their studio albums very much, their definitely a better live concert or event band. The top comment ( from shamash82) would make a great verse for a PJ song.
