  • Love this.. and especially how your mind rules your emotions! We all have to be in charge of taking care of our bodies:)

  • I tried yoga for the first time and felt sick the next day how is this possible ? I feel really weird, coughing and disbalanced.

  • @Sukantara you pushed you body limits too far from the first time. you have to go slow and stop were your body tells you to. don't try to go too far...it wont make you fit faster but just sick. after a couple of sessions you will do better and better and better....let your body take its time and adjust itself to your new routine....it is hard only the first 15 days...just like when you diet ;-)

  • @Sukantara This is simply because Yoga stresses the body in a very specific way, which you were obviously not used to. If you really want to practice, find a better teacher and tell him what you feel. He will know what to do.

Do not however follow the advise of litsaev, because when you don't know how to practice correctly, the unpleasant sensations will not go away and just get deeper. You can get seriously sick that way.

    Hope that helps :)

  • What about nutrition? What and HOW much do you eat, Mandy?

  • i'm curious about this workout... i love doing yoga workouts ^^ i hope you'll be able to sell it in Portugal...
