You would not know that you are aging slower and that the clock is moving slower. However, your clock, mechanical and biological, will seem to move at a slower rate than the observer on earth. To him, your clock will be much slower. If you could observe activity on earth, it would appear they'd be moving faster through time, from your perspective.

This can happen if Karen was travelling away from earth close to the speed of light. The laws of matter allow clocks to run slower in order to keep the speed of light constant. Light is the only constant in the universe. Time is not a constant, as you saw in the video.
