I miss being a kid, because TV today just sucks! Its not fun. Kids have no reason to get up early on Sat. mornings, because the shows that are on they already saw during the week!!!
They have a Fox kids retro channel..... Because looking back I think kids in my generation had the best t.v. It brings a smile to my face thinking about sitting in my grandma's house on a Saturday morning
VIDEO CASSETTE <3 omg i miss these days..if I had the chance to go back in time...i would show them all the new inventions we have now....i wonder how famous and rich i woud be lol
can some one help me out there was a cartoon i remember as a kid but cant recall what it was called all i remember was he was blue an the theme song was something along hes blue an live in the bath or some thing ?????
The 90s cartoons were so cool, I didnt even give a shit that I did not and STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING OR SINGING IN THE SPIDER MAN INTRO!!!!
@specterkev How true, about 95% of anime are awful, and I'm just a twelve year old, growing up by buying 90s shows on DVD.Thank God I have all the Batman:The Animated Series DVDs.
missed the toy chest contest. i would've loved loved looooooooved to have a whole chest full of toys in my room. especially the handheld games, and 2xl! mooooooooom! i dispise yoooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuu!
they used to put so much effort into drawing these cartoons... Now they all either use cheesy 3d animation or that crappy flash-alike animations i mean like since the invention of computer animation they are getting worse and worse(compare Duck Donald cartoon from 1932 to whatever the hell they are showing right now) and don't even get me started on how bad stories in cartoons are now!
When did handheld games go outta fashion? I forgot. Anyone know? This girl that I was stayin with use to have a one with Sonic the Hedgehog back in the day.
I loved the animated Sper-Man series along with the Batman animated series, my sisters however thought that it was weird for a girl to watch those kind of shows. Well I didn't like the girly-girl shows that's for sure.
man i remember watching this when i was 5 i watched these from i watched these shows from 1993 till 2002 then i slacked off now i watch them when ever i get the chance.
I'm so glad and sad that I get to watch ALL NOT ALL BUT HALF OF THE 90'S CARTOONS. Im 28yrs old and happy to say this, OUR CARTOONS KICKS ASS THEN TODAY'S CRAP!!
Hey Reiji, would you happen to have the first promo for Spider-Man the Animated Series in your collection? It had a funky song in the background with the Lizard ending the promo by saying "It'll transform you."
Yeah, I found it right after I posted that last message. Thanks a million for posting these!!! I have been looking for that Spider-Man commercial for ages! You gotta love the intensity Fox Kids promoted all their shows with--especially the action shows! It's a shame this magic is gone from weekday afternoons & Saturday mornings.
What has happened to Saturday morning cartoons? Sadly, they have been replaced by endless amounts of paid programming, where they try to sell you the latest vacuum cleaner or a fancy new gadget that will allow you to slice tomatoes in 2 seconds instead of 3. What a shame.
Do you have those dumb Christian right PSAs from 1996 that had the message "You're Worth Waiting For" to scare girls into waiting until marriage for sex?
yeah, don't do drugs, don't talk to strangers blah blah blah... but wow... pregnancy. An average viewer watching this at the time is not even old enough to Ovulate, let alone having sex. Then again, I think it was meant for a kid to watch and let it sink in till your older.
I miss being a kid, because TV today just sucks! Its not fun. Kids have no reason to get up early on Sat. mornings, because the shows that are on they already saw during the week!!!
