He posted it in youtube as a protest to United Airlines when they did not compensate him after they broke his Taylor guitar in transit. The video was loved by all and he became a notable singer overnight. United Airlines faced declines of profit upto 11million dollars because of his video. Only if United would have paid this guy 1500 dollars for his guitar....
