I went to this camp for five weeks and it changed my life! I lost 50 pounds and I had the best summer of my life. I would highly recommend it to ANYONE. If you are overweight, you are NOT HOPELESS!!!! Give Wellspring a try. IT WILL WORK!!!!!!

I've never been to this camp because I heard bad reviews. But I did go to a different weight loss camp, Camp Shining Stars, and it was the best experience of my life. I lost 30lbs almost, in only three weeks and the food was great. Pocono and Shane aren't good camps. IDK for sure about this one, I was just quite deterred from going there. I'm sure it would have been fine, but choosing Camp Shining Stars was the best decision of my life! I hope to post a video about my summers their soon.

yes u can. it is very similar to an anorexic camp. wellspring ny accepted 3 anorexic girls this summer. It actually depends on the area and camp director.

Yes, it's a weight management camp, they taught us how to lose and retain a healthy self. They teach you how to be healthy.

Its a shame there isn't many or at all teen weight loss camps in England! Its seems like a really fun way to loss weight and meet new people! Im not overweight but could do with losing a stone lol

I went to this camp and i loved sako hahaha omg i miss him duuuuuude. I miss everyone like chuck and kylie and jazz....... :( i wanna go back, this camp didnt really help my wieght when i got home i just kinda went back to my old ways cause of what was happening in my life. I became an addict of sorts but im better now. But this camp gave me soooo much confidence in myself. Anyone that kinda feels like they wanna go should absolutely.

I think WEllspring has a lot of camps. THis is just one of them. I plan on going to a camp this summer. I know some people who went last year. They lost soooo much weight and had lots of fun.

I just got back yesterday from wellspring NC. I lost 29 pounds. I loved it. You really just try your hardest and they make it fun.

Well that was a year and a half ago. Now my combined weight loss is 123.5 lost. I went from 307 to 183.5 pounds. I lost that 29 pounds in the month long period, but i was the heaviest person there. The amount of weight you lose depends on your dedication and how much you have to lose. You lose more faster if you have a lot to lose. It's definitely worth going, but it's important to do what they tell you, or you're not going to get anywhere.
