well the thing is that they did put a blood filled game in the wii but they got lots of complaints from parents saying "Why would you put such a violent game in there" so i guess the 360 or ps3 would fit u better

are you kidding me? blood is only a nice graphic detail that doesnt affect the gameplay whatsoever. look at Metroid and Golden Sun, they dont have blood yet they have had multiple high quality games in their history. and the two new games look to be no different.

on the other hand, I heard disapointment about resident evil darkside chronicles in some previews, but I certainly hope that is not the case.

Honestly, Halo has the more fan love but those who are with Modern Warfare will stick with them until the end of time. Halo got the quantity and MW has the quality. Not to say that Halo doesn't have some quality or Modern Warfare has no fans

its funny because sometimes the button says "HQ" and sometimes it says "HD"... for instance for this video its HQ and for my videos it says HD. Do you know why it does that? I thought they meant the same?

Yeah your uploading your videos in a higher resolution than me. If your video footage isnt actually HD and your just stretching it will make the video bigger when they click the HD button on youtube, you might want to lower that resolution so you just get the HQ button because it will distort it. for this video I used a 852 x 480 resolution to get the HQ button to show up.

E3 wasn't made to show off new games and announce new features for gamers, it's to do with the economy and they want to convince people to buy shares in the difference companies, hence the "boring" bit. They want to show off statistics and stuff so they'll get selling shares.

Good coverage however.

Nothing sells shares better than having a strong and responsive fanbase. The figures that they showed could have easily have been picked up through various sources. So using E3 to do that wouldn't make sense. A business tends to show their figures etc. in private events that the average joe doesnt hear about. If it was all about selling shares then the other companies would be showing statistics. Thanks for the constructive comment though and good point.

But if you watched previous E3's, i've only seen this and 2008's, they do show off statistics. The only reason these conferences get on the web is because the many outlets like IGN and Gamespot post them, E3 would be a private event otherwise.

Anyway, not trying to spark off a fight or anything, just repeating what i've heard :P. Can't wait to see your Sony coverage.

Thanks for the great response, its good to have comments from people with strong thoughts. The past few years as you said, have been closed off. But about three years ago it was open to the ublic showing how they do actually want it to be a game show for everyone. This year they have opened it to the public again due to heavy demand.
