I have a suggestion for the video producers. Either use a lavalier mic or re-record the audio as a voiceover. The current audio track makes the product look like some kind of cheap knockoff that might be sold out of a car trunk or a dark alley. The device and free app look very promising but... clean up that crummy soundtrack.

I've never seen so many idiots complain about the most ridiculous things. The video is fine; the guy is doing his job, a lot more than the fools that are criticizing him. I would and will buy this product, but I really like the product. This was not a full length movie, only a short video to show how it works. Look at commercials about other remotes, not much is given; you have to review it at a store or read reviews. Good luck to those in their dark little rooms!

Great product and very usefull,- I just love the idea to have alle the remotes in one....... and I do have my iPhone with me anyway..... BUT your video sucks big time. Bad sound, bad croma key and strange cutting..... get a pro video director to help you.

That must have been the worst video I've ever seen. I really like the concept, except it's way over priced. An IR transmitter does'nt cost $60.00. We already have the iPhone and they want $60.00 for a piece of plastic??? You can get a regular digital universal remote from logitech for less than that, that has more functions. Price adjustment is warranted.

actually what I'd really like is a little iR/Bluetooth tower that I could position anywhere in line of sight of my AV rack, and then just have the iPhone talk to the device over WiFi. If the Tower had both iR and Bluetooth it could control a PS3 as well as the infrared devices.

Is the case only compatible with your remote app, or have you licensed it out? Also, any plans in the future to add network control (for devices that can be controlled via wifi like TiVo/ Apple TV etc), or IR only? Was going to pull the trigger on a Redeye, but I think I need to wait it out, as this seems much simpler.
