Do not use that Fleets enema, Go to the pharmacy and buy a douche/enema kit made by Faultless. Its a red bag, it has a hose and white nozzle. Fill the bag with warm soapy water try to take the whole 2 quarts the size of the red bag. It may give you cramps but remember the cramps mean the enema is doing its job. Its uncomfortable to take but its well worth it. The enema tip must be inserted in the rectum but before inserting use Vaseline for lubrication. Try it you will not regret it.
