For eg, i hated nu-metal for its perceived emo, lack of solos, and commercial etc but these reasons can be applied to symphony-power, black, and glam metal.. Metalcore is blend of hardcore and heavy metal , well that was what thrash metal was in the early 80's.. I realised there's not much reason left to hate
