we make a soy milkshake with soy milk, 1 banana and 1 spoon of honey, blended,its so yummy. you can use frozen banana its nicer
we have so many bananas we freeze some when they are ageing fast and then use them in milkshakes. maybe you can swap the fruit out for some other sort of frozen fruit
You are doing awesome! 28 LBS to go...how are you feeling about that? I mean after all of my life being heavy I don't know how to react to the fact that I have 32 lbs and I will be "normal". "I can't even tell you had surgery" Well um thanks...it is nice to know the surgeon didn't plaster that huge neon sign on my ass! LOL. I don't even know what I could or would say to that. Yeah, those comments at the hospital sound super-weird, but I'm sure part of it is that people don't know what's appropriate to say. You look fantastic! And so glad to hear your hubby is ok.
People tell me that I don't need to lose any more weight but I'm still in the overweight range for BMI. My "ultimate" goal is 130 as well (we are the same height) and my more realistic one is 140.
I am really hoping for 130-135 range. Yes, we are the same height. I'm not sure why people feel the need to tell me I look fine. I find it kind of patornizing. But I feel paranoid, too. :) Well, it was one month, and one where many people fall off the wagon as far as food issues are concerned. okay I should just send a message. I hear ya. I have EVERYONE talking to me, holding doors, flirting, it's insane. I love the attention at times and some times I'm down right annoyed about it..weird!
I'm not sure how I feel about the attention. It kind throws me off. I don't mind extra attention from my hubby *wink*. Or when my friends or family notice how much I've lost. But when stranges are checking me out or just being much nicer than they generally were before, it freaks me out and kind of upsets me. But when some of my family memember that I don't see that often were suddenly super nice to me this Christmas, that previously were kind of snobby that was just too much.

I totally get what you are saying..Crazy, hard to put in to words. My hair feels really thick and curly today..so not as fluffy and fly away. hmmm.wonder what I did different. I hope it's on it's way to normal. It's been crazy..just glad it's not falling out anymore!

Hey MJ, thanks so much. It has been an amazing journey so far. I feel so lucky to have spent the last 9 years with my wonderful husband. People do say very odd thigs. I'm not sure where in the world it comes from, but that makes sense. I hope. :)
