HF may not be bad like you said for a budget, but id much rather spend the same amount of money and get an entry level sub with a better make such as RE se's, Incriminator Audio, SSA, FI, Sundown. I mean the list goes on. Im talkin budget woofers ENTRY level, all these subs will blow away HF for the same amount of money. Not dissin HF cuz they arent bad but 4 the money shop around n do some research.

dude you should shorten the port width to maybe 1.5-2 inches..........it really sounds for cheap ass subs

I don't think it's so much shortening the port as it is tuning. You never know, he may have the bass on the headunit up too high, bass on the amp a bit high, and the gain set slightly low. That's called clipping. Also, it could sound like that due to an inefficient wiring scheme. Then again, you can't really judge how something sounds by listening to it through a digital camera microphone.

easy for a thieves too... just pick it up.... i mounted mine on the side with a wood panel screwed to the frame lol.... when i get a new sub ill do flooring so you wont be a ble to take it out without folding seats (which are locked on a key :])
