Another version just as good if not better than the Vader cover of this same song, I'd forgotten this one. Sorry but this is better than the Vader one, which is a close 2nd instead. This is MUCH darker than the Vader version. I promise last DM cover, only the original comes next. :-)

Answering my own damned question, of course someone's done a cover of Depeche Mode's I Feel You & while this is a wicked dark version slowed way down & nothing like DM's, it is awesome! If I didn't love the DM version so much I'd probably have to admit this might even be better--except the stripping Gahan does in DM video, no one can beat that! ;-P
Here's what I don't get. Depeche mode sucks. Every time I hear one of there songs I just tune it out because I'm not interested. And then every time I hear Someone cover their songs, I love it. EVERY TIME. WTF?

I love different kinds of metal, but somehow Samael ist not my cup of tea. This cover doesnt't change my mind - the original is way better.

naah. prefer vader. this one lacks the heavines in the guitars and drums in my opinion. and too breathy :)

hmm - I believe it's better than original, but it's just a subjective opinion of course.
Samael is one of the best bands ever existed in any genre. But they're very underestimated + their last album won't help.
