To this day I have heard both Raiders and Buccs players who played in that Super Bowl, make it it like Barrett Robbins just did not give a shit, he's bipolar, depending on how bad someone has it, you will at times get high enough to loose control or a grasp of reality, I've been diagnosed with bi-polar, i used to have mood swings,and be in a delusional state of mind.
I was in ellis county jail with this guy he is really a great guy . yes he had problems but who in this world dont. i know if i had that money i would party like him . he is cool as hell

Also, I bet he found out who his real friends are, and I'am sure that there not from the raiders! I say this because his former teammates were back stabbers and two faced, as goes for the coaches medical directors ( Miss Diagnosis for 6 years) and finally the owner of the team! Back then! No team medical aid should have the right to prescribe anti depressants!
in 1980 in New Orleans, wild and crazy John Matuszak partied all week and the Raiders won the game. But at least he made it to the game although he didn't do much in it...........so Robbins going out to party before the game is Raider tradition and a commitment to excellance of partydom.........
Man as a Raider fan when I found out about Robbins incident, I thought to my self oh shit, why on the eve of the most important game of the season this happened?, it was like a bad omen for things to come, and boy did bad things come after wards.
Pretty sure he's been in and out of rehabs, jails, and detox centers for the last decade.
