The most absolutely timeless scene in this movie is when John Candy's sitting at the bar with Roy Boy & Kabral & he see's them play an amateur video of Honey after she was captured by the Canadian Royal Mounted Police. & he says "There's a time to THINK, & there's a time to ACT.
