Yet, another fine example of tongue-in-cheek satirical song writing. People watch this stuff and assume they're nothing special, simply because of these mentions. Predominantly in songs like "Jesus Loves Me" and "By Your Side" yet, people form a hostile judgement based on the words rather than the meaning. Even some of the people that like CocoRosie, like them for the wrong reasons.

And if you haven't noticed, from no help of the Indie/Hipster scene, CocoRosie are only popular for a few songs and I do not think those people ACTUALLY like them... I know so many people who only listen to Werewolf just because it is the only song they can be bothered finding, yet they will act as though they love the band for their own pretentious reasons. If you were around it, maybe you would have the same bias as me.
