  • I learned this the day i learned my regular standing handspring. Its not much different just gets you dizzy :p

  • I just got my back handspring last Monday and this monday they had me doing double back handsprings by myself. they said next week im doing triples.. but how can i keep my legs nice and tight and not open?

  • Omg! I have a perfect back handspring but i cannot get a good double back handspring. I have to do it running and then do it. And i can't do 2 standing. Idk why. My coach just says "scoop your toes." IT DOESN"T HELP! Tips please.(:

  • @chancemoreau Snap faster and make sure you throw your first handspring twice as hard.

  • @chancemoreau Dont say you cant! :) just go for it. Trust me it pays off, I got my bhs last monday and this monday they made me do a double for the first time with no spot. and next monday i am suppost to do triples! But when you got your first time you prolly fell on your knees but that and bending your arms is the worst that could happen! :) DO NOT SAY YOU CANT! :D

  • Have an actual coach spot you! Soon, you'll get comfortable enough to have them spot you less and less until you can do it yourself. Please don't try this by yourself or without someone who knows what they're doing; both of you could get seriously hurt :)

  • thats the same thing that i do they just said to try and focus on keeping ur body straight

  • I'll give you props for going doing it in a perfectly straight line. That's harder then most people think, but a double back handspring isn't very hard.
