When Todd Pettengill was with the WWF (now WWE), he added a lot of pep & excitement to every broadcast he was a part of, whether it be "Monday Night Raw" or "Mania!". WWF/WWE programming has gone downhill since Pettengill & Stephanie Wiand left. Michael Cole is okay. He just doesn't possess the heart & spirit Todd had!
