Last year I stayed up one night from dusk til dawn playing Batman Begins. That put me in a zombie like state from being so tired; it's the excitement that kept me awake as well as the adrenaline rush so I couldn't sleep. I can't imagine doing this all the time though it's fun once in a while to get your mind off things that you don't want to think about by playing games to escape reality. After I won I went outside to watch the moonset which was a much needed break before going to sleep.

The longest I've been on the computer or xbox 360 is probably 4 hours.

I would also like to say is you get more people staying inside using technology, that's why this world is getting fatter.
