The last time I was able to ride the Wild Mouse was in 2005. The last time I was at Idlewild was in 2007. It seems that 95% of the time we go there the ride is always broken :(

This ride is awful - I ride it once everytime I go and I ask myself "WHY?!".

Rollo Coaster is miles better in any regard.

@beyboy525 Not surprised. My friend said someone broke there arm because of the banging around. I'll just go on the classic Roller Coaster when I go this summer.

@123coolbrady actually they were sued a lady hurt her neck about 2 years ago but the law suit didnt get filed until this year although i found that the case was dropped because of the fact that it clearly states that if you have health problems(she had a bad neck) do not ride it but yes it is now open i posted that a month before you. they may take it or the round up out to put a new roller coaster in, id rather them take this out but thats just me

This scared the shit outta me when I was a kid (still does too) because it seems like you are going to go straight off the tracks before whipping you around the corners! It made me cry when I rode it the first time.

This ride is a lot better than the Wild Mouses at different parks like Del Grosso's and the one at the fair those are too short and not that fast.

@blahgirlyo22 Oh, my gosh! I agree with you 100% about Hershey and Kennywood being better. I really want to go to Kennywood this year, but I won't be since my I'm going to Hershey in August and comming here next month or 2 months from now.

what it doesnt say is that the car is set up so the wheels are further back than the car so it looks like ur gonna fall off the track!

just saying that ride is pretty gay my school goes there and to kennywood EVERY year and the speed of like 8 mph is stupid with only too major hills that r really not scary and then ALL the ride pretty much does is wips u around not much fun im more thrill type like phantom or skyrocket thunderbolt etc...

Ow i remember the first time i rode it i didnt know what it did at all and when it stopps really quickly the first time i had the biggest bruse on my stomach. It hurt so bad!

When i was younger (12 or 13) i went on this ride with my best friend and we flew everywhere, practically flying out of the ride lol. I swear we almost broke our necks because it was so jerky. I don't know if it's suppose to be jerky or if it's intentional. lolz

I always thought this was so scary! And it still is!  Violent as well! I got many bruises, especially around my ankles. When you're walking through the line, you can actually see the ride's poles shaking! Creepy.

I was petrified when this first came out, convinced you'd just be launched from the top as you hit those turns so hard. And in its first years that final stop was so hard I couldnt believe the ride could stand it. None the less one of the more extreme rides that are rare in this park.....
