trying to work at a car MFG as a designer is almost impossible not only are you a slave to prior car models but head designers call the shots and now days your company can go bankrupt in 3 months,Most car designers will get multi million dollar loans and produce there own cars but even that is close to impossible why?try to get a loan, plus you have to throw away 3 cars right off the bat for crash testing and that is money Gone that would normally be profit look at Pagani koenigsegg spyker etc

what kind of school are you in for this kinda stuff? in a sophomore in high school and taking engineering classes but not sure about college i thought about a few choices

I started with a regular Product Design School when I was 18 until 20yo. After, I did a Transportation Design Master, level 2, until I was 23yo...

Design and engineering are a dared thing, but for sure a good match!

thanks yeah im really good at problem solving when it comes to engineering i sounds as a fool to say it but im working on a free energy project rite now and if that goes well then im set but i love car design and industrial design and do see a future in it my energy project is directing at electric cars in this project i keep running into walls but when it comes to problem walls im a pretty good climber haha

Nope. In fact, it's more complicated..

The body and the frame were modeled under Alias Autostudio, The engines and GMP under Max7, the interior under Rhino3, and some of this animation was "rendered" in reel time with Patchwork 3D...
