Why the fuck people are talking about Modern Warfare 2 in a BF2 and BC2 comparison? I will never fucking know. But I agree BF2 probably has the best gameplay though the innovations have to go to BC2. I hope BF3 will be the true predecessor to BF2 but with the innovations of BC2.

I feel the same way. I have both BC2 and BF2 for PC, and in long term, I like BF2 much better. More team oriented and more vehicle based. Jets who doesnt love that?

My brother had the same beef about the learning how to fly the helis, but it really doesn't take long to learn how to fly even under fire, yes you will be shot down a lot but you will get better so just stick with it if you really want to fly.

Before that I was saving up for this game but now I'm saving for a new PC because with BC2 I had the first game like 3:9, the next 7:8 and after that 13:4. YES these scores suck balls but I was playing without a team and It is all about teamwork! So if you can't co-op with others go for the MW else BC

well, mate, if you fired in bursts you'll drop any guy in a couple of rounds, but since you fire in full auto like charles mason on lsd, you should probably go back to mw2, or stop bitching about how it takes 250 round to kill a dude, and PRACTICE! It's not hard.
I find playing rush gives you way more points than conquest, one factor being that is is easier to spawn trap, and you get more of an idea of where the enemies are.

Ahh BF2...........the good ol' days, when we had dedicated servers and where everyone could pretty much get shit done proper.
BC2 is a disgrace compared to BF2. If only DICE would try giving us a game that had the gameplay from BF2, coupled with the Frostbite Engine, and with Dedicated servers. That would be WIN.
I totally agree :) Bf2 was the good old days, it was an amazing game in my opinionm an absolute classic. I think that you can go around bu yourself if you have the PC version, when oyu can pick from dedicated servers. II remember that BF2 ranking used to take ages, but you played more socially with friends tbh.
Sorry guys but i played about 30 hours and my rank is 25 or 26. In a rush ROUND i can get up to 6 500 points. So if you want to get more points play the
objectives and your role. A good tactics is that when you attack use assault kit with the g3 or thompson with exp upgdr and improved explosions, flank them and put c4 on the M-coms. Your first 6 c4s will get you 400points and more if you destroy the m-com.
you just have to play the objective, its not like mw2 where you can just go for kills, you have to play your role(medic engineer etc.). doing that will help you rank up. it will also help if you stick with only one class, and work on that so you can have better weapons.
i love bc2 and i download the bf2 demo today and it is definitely different. bf2 is way larger but helis and planes seem to end up just base raping? also the hit detection is awful but thats probly the demo

He's just horribad at it. If you're talking about bad hit-reg on BC2, well BF2 had a shitty hit-reg too. I even installed BF2 again to compare and BF2's hitreg sucks even more than BC2. I will admit BC2 got some flaws with hit-reg when it comes to short-range flames and shotguns - But no way near as bad as BF2. He just sucks at BC2.

I like to know how you think of the game now Ken...at first I was also having second thoughts about this game because like you said it felt like forever to get the weapons and rank up...but it isn't rank/level that gets you the weapons its just the points you accumulate playing the kit...and hopefully you know that by now...I like this game a lot now and I've forgotten all about MW2 already...a lot of guys I play with ask me why I did and I always say I just got tired of noobtubers and kids
I really dont think that the whole "oh no it takes forever to rank up" is as bad as he says, Im at level 25 and i bought this game 2 weeks ago, playing +- 2 hous per day.
My KD was low then, because of the lack of specs mainly, some thing like 0.70 but now its getting better. You have to focus more on non-kill related activities (planting bombs,etc) for points when youre new and ignore KD and you'll level up quick, to play better later.
A point I would like to make, with this game the starting wepons arnt necessarily worse then the higher level unlocked ones, they are just more rounded speced, were as the latter wepons specilise in a spec such as power but compromise more on accuracy and vice-versa for other wepons. So it's a fairly balanced game. Plus mabey this guy would level up quicker if he did not suck as much and learn how to play, looks like all his doing is running and gunning. Piss farting around!

According to BFBC" stats, he's only ever played this game for 2hs17mins and his total score was 3410 so maybe this was his second last game. Not really giving the game a fair chance.

1 tip to lvl fast and get good weapons for you ken burton. Just be a medic and don't do the objectiv but just revive people and throw medic packs to people and u wil get allot of points with small k/d ratio.
@melowX1 that is kinda playing the objective. cuz being a medic and reviving and giving health to ur teammates is the medics role. heres a tip linger around an mcom and revive teammates and get LOTS of points.
I have this game also, and i've never had as much fun playing it. You CAN NOT compare this game to mw2, complete different styles and control system, if your used to MW games, then it takes a while to change over to this game, but its well worth it.
I cannot wait to see the face of all those fucking boosting losers that ruined mw2, when no one plays that game anymore and they wasted their time. ( although we all know there will always be people playing it )
I play BC2 and BF2. but BC2 has so many Mw2 cryers now that play like MW2. and they suck. I had 1 kid on my squad say BC2 sucked because its guns are not what they know (IE P90, M4a1, mp5, barett50 cal, etc.) Instead BC2 shines on guns that people actually use in modern times. Quit complaining you learn by dodging rockets like real people do sometimes. Quit complaining about how you die because you play like an MW2 player, AKA shit.
Your fucking stupid dude, Your skill with a particualr kit gets you guns... unlike MW2, which has a lot of downsides. Infinite bullet line, inaccurate rockets, danger close, commando, people that comlpani about everything that was put into the game to use i.e. "noob tubes," RPG's, even certain guns people think are for "noobs." Bad Company will always beat Call of Duty in terms of realism.. Which is how a war game should be..

Im not always in mood for playing bc2, so I start playing mw2... but while im playing, bc2 is a lot more fun!!! mw2 is the same shit over and over again!!!!!
Mw2 have too many bugs... U can shoot a guy and it goes throught with no hit!
And u can get a lot of hitmarkers with a assault gun, but the killcam shows that u missed on almost every shot!!!

I find playing rush gives you way more points than conquest, one factor being that is is easier to spawn trap, and you get more of an idea of where the enemies are.

certainly not a run and gun. What got me to buy the game was watching gameply videos on here. And when i bought it i hated it cuz it was so hard. But once you get used to it.YOU LOVE IT. I was a die hard call of duty player. Only game i played. But once you get used to this and get like 3 or 4 friends to play with. You start to enjoy it. It honestly is way better than modern warfare. As far as the private match thing, I agree that is bullshit. Thanks for the vid. Hope my comment helps

Ahh BF2...........the good ol' days, when we had dedicated servers and where everyone could pretty much get shit done proper.
BC2 is a disgrace compared to BF2. If only DICE would try giving us a game that had the gameplay from BF2, coupled with the Frostbite Engine, and with Dedicated servers. That would be WIN.

I totally agree :) Bf2 was the good old days, it was an amazing game in my opinionm an absolute classic. I think that you can go around bu yourself if you have the PC version, when oyu can pick from dedicated servers. II remember that BF2 ranking used to take ages, but you played more socially with friends tbh.

Sorry guys but i played about 30 hours and my rank is 25 or 26. In a rush ROUND i can get up to 6 500 points. So if you want to get more points play the
objectives and your role. A good tactics is that when you attack use assault kit with the g3 or thompson with exp upgdr and improved explosions, flank them and put c4 on the M-coms. Your first 6 c4s will get you 400points and more if you destroy the m-com.

you just have to play the objective, its not like mw2 where you can just go for kills, you have to play your role(medic engineer etc.). doing that will help you rank up. it will also help if you stick with only one class, and work on that so you can have better weapons.

i played for 30 hours the first week when i bought bfbcb2 and i was rank 8! BTW i know once you've started to play it you feel like you are forced to get the next weapon of a kit! it's insane i mean the first month that i had bfbc2 i had the 2nd last gun of assault but i still think that BF2 is better i love BF2 i play it every day i'm always in the mood for 2 games guess which games..... BF2 and MW2 i know thoose games are very different but i like thoose games but if i had to choose then BF!!!

i play BFBC2 and MW2 but the game i've played the most in my whole life is BF2 and i still play it today alot! Its great!!! I think its the best game ever! But when i played it after not playing it for 1 year i said like WTF the graphics sucks then after half and hour i started to think that when this game was new it was very good graphics so i thought the graphics were ok but the gameplay is awesome the weapons are awesome the MAPS!!!! and alot of ppl still play it!

He's just horribad at it. If you're talking about bad hit-reg on BC2, well BF2 had a shitty hit-reg too. I even installed BF2 again to compare and BF2's hitreg sucks even more than BC2. I will admit BC2 got some flaws with hit-reg when it comes to short-range flames and shotguns - But no way near as bad as BF2. He just sucks at BC2.

Unlock weapons in BC2 aren't that much better than the default ones. It only takes 3 to 4 shots for each weapon to kill someone.

I like to know how you think of the game now Ken...at first I was also having second thoughts about this game because like you said it felt like forever to get the weapons and rank up...but it isn't rank/level that gets you the weapons its just the points you accumulate playing the kit...and hopefully you know that by now...I like this game a lot now and I've forgotten all about MW2 already...a lot of guys I play with ask me why I did and I always say I just got tired of noobtubers and kids

I really dont think that the whole "oh no it takes forever to rank up" is as bad as he says, Im at level 25 and i bought this game 2 weeks ago, playing +- 2 hous per day.
My KD was low then, because of the lack of specs mainly, some thing like 0.70 but now its getting better. You have to focus more on non-kill related activities (planting bombs,etc) for points when youre new and ignore KD and you'll level up quick, to play better later.

A point I would like to make, with this game the starting wepons arnt necessarily worse then the higher level unlocked ones, they are just more rounded speced, were as the latter wepons specilise in a spec such as power but compromise more on accuracy and vice-versa for other wepons. So it's a fairly balanced game. Plus mabey this guy would level up quicker if he did not suck as much and learn how to play, looks like all his doing is running and gunning. Piss farting around!

u can use more vehicles in BC2.... try playing a game of rush ken. Theres blackhawks, m3a3s, uavs, quads and patrol vehicles. BC2 is the most real to life game EVER!

I have this game also, and i've never had as much fun playing it. You CAN NOT compare this game to mw2, complete different styles and control system, if your used to MW games, then it takes a while to change over to this game, but its well worth it.
I cannot wait to see the face of all those fucking boosting losers that ruined mw2, when no one plays that game anymore and they wasted their time. ( although we all know there will always be people playing it )

I play BC2 and BF2. but BC2 has so many Mw2 cryers now that play like MW2. and they suck. I had 1 kid on my squad say BC2 sucked because its guns are not what they know (IE P90, M4a1, mp5, barett50 cal, etc.) Instead BC2 shines on guns that people actually use in modern times. Infinite bullet line, inaccurate rockets, danger close, commando, people that comlpani about everything that was put into the game to use i.e. "noob tubes," RPG's, even certain guns people think are for "noobs."
