  • My Nyko Wii remote is old but still in good condition would these steps help ?

  • @Lilicool09 If you are having an issue syncing your Wand, then yes, please follow these steps. If you continue to have issues, try unplugging the Wii for 30 seconds. If problems still persist, call us at 888.444.6956

  • @NykoTechnologies: yea, well, your support hours are during my work day and i will not be taking off just to fix the TWO (purchased at the same time) wands that won't synch. since the same exact problem exists for BOTH, it is obvious that it is your shitty merchandise that is the culprit. oh and i've told everyone on facebook, google +, reddit, etc not to buy your products.

  • @aggravatedmonkey please feel free to email us at customersupport(at)nyko.com and we can do our best to solve the issue with your current remotes, or if need be, replace them with new Wands. Each Wii only allows a certain number of new syncs, and since both remotes are giving you this issue, we think that might be the problem. Try unplugging your Wii for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Let us know if that works. If not, please email us and we'll work with you to rectify the problem

  • These remotes dont work in homebrew. I found that out after buying it. Waste of money.

  • Got a wand for Christmas. It seems the solid red light problem is not uncommon. Will you put solutions on the Nyko website? It should be under "troubleshooting" and "problem: fresh batteries are in the wand and the lights are solid red."

    Called customer service several times and the number always gives a busy signal. With the repeated issues with not/loosing sync seems like it would be prudent to just post a video with the solution or tell customers to return the item if there isn't a solution. Its a waste of time for your customers and your company to have hundreds of calls to your customer service number. Just advise here please.

  • @the5stacys Sorry you are having continued issues with your Wand. Please make sure you are calling our Customer Support team between the hours of 9pm and 6pm PST. In addition, you can always email them through the customer support section of nyko.com

  • This controller won't sync at all. I am so happy I went all the way to the store to buy it tonight. I would rather have paid twice as much for the real thing than have to deal with returning this one. THIS THING IS JUNK AND IT DOESN'T WORK, DO NOT BUY!!!!

  • my nyko wand barely blinks its solid for 3 seconds when i press a button even when i tried syncing it it wont sync what can i do?

    the charging station works great but I just bought the Nyko Wand yesterday and worked fine for a day until it won't work the next day.

    It worked for a few hours until it stopped connecting. The battery still full but the thing is that you need to check are defects BEFORE selling.

  • every nyko device i've ever used has been terrible. Any gaming device has terrible response time and is only useful as the controller you give to your nephew cuz he's just gonna smash it into something anyway

  • im having a a problem i bought a nyko wand formy kids wii but when you load wii sports resort it says the wiimote is not a wii motion plus remote

  • @gundonwow The Wand still requires the Wii Motion Plus add-on to work with Wii Motion Plus games, just like the regular Nintendo Wii Remote. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution, you should try our Wand+ which is compatible with all Wii Motion Plus games with no additional dongles needed.   • the problem that i have is that y wand wont even connect to the wii the only thing it does is turn on two light and remain solid and i thried sending a message to the nyko place and they wont right back

  • @TheNascarfan14 The instruction to sync the Wand or detailed in the video, if you are using our Charge Base IC then follow the same instructions, but instead of removing the battery back/battery use the Sync Tool that came with your Charge Base to hit the Sync Button on the back of the Wand. If you have any further questions, contact our customer support at 1.888.444.6956

  • This thing doesnt work at all...looses the connection any time you switch off the console and no use of these 4 steps bcoz i have tried so many times. i guess when you pay less this is what you can expect..

  • doesn't matter and it is toooo late. I bought a remote recently "NERF" and it works perfectly. To begin with we pay so much and a defective plastic shouldn't have ended up in the stores.

  • Nyko sucks. My charging stations i bought from them nolonger works. I can't imagine their wiimote being much better
