I Went to The Ripoff report to Check out the Complaints.......... I sincerely Doubt theyre all Lying. People were burned, by a pitchman they trusted. Facts are facts. Even so, i feel for his children........... Even if he had to pay the 500K per indictment, thats 21 Million. he reportedly took in 52 Million. and he could of possibly Done 5 years in the fed.

If he was a criminal he should have been brought to justice many years ago... I have a hard time believing that the charges in this indictment would have been proven in court. But when you get the full weight of OUR government against you, I guess it was too much for Don to live with. Good job Justice Dept... an innocent family man is dead. Bravo.
