this ad is deliberately sexist. There seems to be a distinct lack of MALES in this advert.
When will colleges begin to realise that women outnumber men at college level nowadays? They can't go on pretending women are "under-represented" forever...
ya see, what i dont understand about this add is the girl who does the architecture part is a photography student there is fucking wack like the school.
The local poly-tec and two universities use students in their marketing campaigns but they are not having to act/pretend how good the educational provider is, which rises the question of why the DAC would have to employ actors instead of gunnie satisfied students..
They didn't employ actors. Every single person in this ad is or was a student of the D+A. And 'the local university' uses one of the biggest ad agencies in Christchurch to promote themselves. Hmmmmm.....

All the students you see in the ad are acting - this is a technique commonly used in tv commercials. Hope this clears up any confusion.
