G,Bm,Em,C - Those should get you started, the 'm' means minor so Bm would be B Minor.
One of the changes after the above chords is the same as above but then G followed by B.
Another set of chords which i'm sure you'll recognicse are these :- E,D,C
One more set of chords is for the build up to the instrumental which is :- G,F,C, hope this helps & play with the chords, you'll soon get it i'm sure :)
I think this is a pretty good version. Splendid sound by the way.
