@kirbykidsmith I'm pretty sure the band is self proclaimed "Death Jazz." So yeah...beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that's what the artist is calling it.

I agree with you in the sense that it's just high-energy jazz. But stuff off their first album is pretty...Death Jazzy. And I'm gonna respect what ever genre they call themselves, it's way easier than being nit-picky and attempting to wade through all of the genre over-classifications that are around nowadays.
