They dont actually remix live during their show they instead have samples running which are controlled through their Ableton Live setup along with several synthesizers. They use four minimoog voyagers along with jazzmutant lemur midi controllers which allow them to utilize ableton live effects such as high/low audio filters, beat repeat and more. As for the lights, I believe they have a similar setup just with VJ programs.

Believe it or not, it actually takes some skill to put the music together live, some kinda of nano/moog equipment, I've seen pictures of what it actually looks like in the pyramid and with them in it and read some articles.
