最后一招小s也有教过, 但是一天不能做超过20次, 不然肌肉会变太大. 可是真的很有效, 线条会出来.

第一個拿啞鈴的動作是訓練三頭肌 要有型的話就拿輕點 要肌肉大塊就拿重點但組數要少 最後的動作也是訓練三頭肌 中間的很像是從事運動前做的熱身拉筋
