The Mario Party series is one of the funniest things ever. Screw Call of Duty and Battlefield, The Nintendo 64 is where the real games are. :)

Soo basically, the basics of this game is pretty basic. which means basically it determines how basic the game is. and basically you say basically, basically too much. its pretty basic to understand basically.

No. Some parts of Mario Party killed your hands. Rotating the joy stick with your hands can result in skin shedding or blisters. You get hand cramps from the tap the A button like a madman minigames. Everything else about this game though was good and if you do not want kill your hands you could just lose those minigames unpurpose.

@jmario232 Well, the blisters usually happened to those who rotated with the palm of their hands, which is why I don't do that due to bad experiences using my palm before.

i hate it when u land on the question mark, especelly on marios stage rainbow castle. it always wtich between bowser and toad, like if ur ju 2 steps from the star ur thinking: yea, soon i got the star, but then a it switches so bowser shows up, so after that ur gonna be annoyed >:( i mean, why have bowser at the star space too?! arent there enough with the other bowser spaces?

this is the first game... my favorite game was the orchestra one! so much good souvenirs... the only thing I hated about it is the fact you have to roll really fast the joystick, which made it break and loosen very easily. On gamecube and Wii, we could do it without trouble, so I say LET'S BRING THIS GAME ON VIRTUAL CONSOLE! :D

Yes Mario Party 3 is also good, but I lost Mario party for my N64 so I really want to play Mario Party 1 again ...Hopefully they re-release it for the virtual console on Wii so I can play it again. But I do have every other Mario Party.
