  • I don't think they actually meant vacation, i think they just used that as an example because when you are on vacation, you don't bring your fitness equipment with you, so really they should of just said here is a routine you can do without using machines and equipment, i know its stupid.

  • This excersize is better than sit ups - however, i think the feet are suppost to be on the floor and knees bent ?

  • @Solado No, this is a different type of crunches. It's ten times better and efficient than the original crunches like the one you just said.

  • i did 300 crunches it really burns the shit out of you and this morning i did 425 so hopefully i do 500 tommorrow morning with 30 push ups and drink lots of water hope i get it soon...;)

  • Healthier, has no fat in it and it clears out the crap in your stomach.

  • try doing more than one ab exercise too, that way your abs and everything around them get tone too

  • Tweed, try crossing your arms over your chest instead of putting them behind your neck as this can sometimes cause back strain.

  • I know how you feel. Some people just have a wealer lowwer back, or maybe you're not do the exercise right. If in pain you should always stop the exercise(as it can course injury). Try a different abs workout that suits you more, without pain.

  • don´t cross your feet. hold your feet together but not like him. I´m a Fitness trainer. bring your knees and elbows together but hold your fists in front of your face so you don´t hurt your neck. hold the contraction for a moment then repeat. On the outward movement with your legs dont go past hip level...not good for your back. CHEERS...Donny.

  • push your head up towards the ceiling- don't move/bend your head like sit-up. you still get your shoulders off the ground and keep your feet flat-

  • Why do you want to work out on a VACATION? Your supposed to rest and chill out on holiday, not continue doing what you did while home.

  • You might. I'm not sure. But if your trying to lose belly fat you also want to start cardio and eating right.

  • What you'll want to do is first thing in the morning get something small to eat, like a cereal or oatmeal bar, fiber preferably. After that get a little workout in, maybe a light jog, 10-15 crunches and a light jog, whatever it may be, just to get the blood flowing before breakfast. Then you'll want a breakfast consisting of high-fiber foods and juices, preferably 100% fruit juices. After you do crunches or any other body strengthening exercise be sure to do some cardio shortly after.

  • why does this say on vacation? this is just how to normally do them (well one variation)

  • dont put ur hands behind ur head, u tend to pull on ur neck and ur abs get compressed..shit happens just cross em over ur chest.
