@heartlessvietboy There has been several previous concepts by landscape architects in regards to landscaping for children. This is seen in works by Sorenson, post world war 2 where he designed adventure playgrounds throughout Europe. These ideas have definately been previously presented but i think the bodies resposible for funding such projects dont hold it in high regard. In residential I would suggest that people are primarily concerned with there wants and needs over their kids.
