@Pera1315 First look at the stats of South Africa. Second investigate the ANC, and in particular Julius Malema and Jacob Zuma. Then you will understand what I meant. But to tackle the issue of competence and an electorate; if the majority of the constituency can't read or write how can they vote well? That is the problem today in South Africa, many uneducated people are voting because they are told these empty slogans and yet they do not have the competence to read the local paper.

@Pera1315 My solution to the problem is that people stop voting for the ANC! The ANC is super, ultra oppressive and corrupt and they are black, sorry to burst your bubble. As for the French Revolution, have you heard of Robespierre, one of the emergent leaders after the rebellion, super educated, super tyrannical. If you look at the problems in South Africa they are mostly black-on-black problems. Lastly I would ask you to name a successful Country that is not of a European or Asian origin.

But to tackle the issue of competence and an electorate; if the majority of the constituency can't read or write how can they vote well? @dacrosby I wouldn't say that. Anyone is welcome to be a pilosipher black or white. Just because black people were discriminated against a LONG time ago it doesn't mean they are now. And if I honest I think having a 'black thought pilosophy class' is a bit tacky. Black, white, Asian, Oriental, Mixed Race we are all human and we actually all origionally started off black. Any philosophy class should be a 'human thought pilosophy class'.

@12345ISIS12345 My life is not criticizing the Govt...my life is working to provide for my loved ones and pay taxes that are mis appropriated ...And not so much the Gov't but that specific administration. He gave all those jobs to his incompetant buddys. He's a war criminal...and Cheney, Rumsfeld and whoever else that turned their back while they ran a muck.
