@Dhime It wasn't anything that I specifically set when I first uploaded this video. (This video was uploaded before the ipad even existed.) It could just be that youtube defaulted to disallow mobile devices when that option was added to the system. I just went back and changed the video settings to allow mobile devices to view it but it does mention it may still be blocked on some devices due to licensing or copyright issues.
