  • @Geisttanzer lmfao not the song him? this song is fucking amzeing and A7X IS A PRETTY GOOD BAND? SOO YEA

  • Is it just me, or does 1:14 remind me of the album cover of "Significant Other" by Limp Bizkit?

  • I hear this song as the credits roll and think of how my life was different each time I watched 28 days later. Can you believe it was 9 years ago this movie came out?! Incredible movie, soundtrack and song!

  • The SIX dislikes must be the soldiers XD

  • 28 days later.... Netflix finally got "Inception" in stock

  • @lemonofminecraft Netflix is just for the really dumb people who don't know how to use torrents ....

  • 28 Months Later come on we're waiting!!!!

  • movie was very atmospheric and scary two things that i love in the movies like this. Boyle ftw!

  • Loooove it :D

In the film you hear it while thinking "thanks god they're finally safe... and they deserve it." Fits perfectly.

  • I wonder what this beautiful song has got to do with this bullshit movie?????????????

  • @verato1 Haha, I actually really liked the movie but its a good song

  • @dash132 Come on the movie is rediculous!!!

  • @verato1 wanna rephrase that sentence

  • @ZippomyHippo What phrase?

  • @verato1 ok you got a hit from your head !

  • Anyone knows the name of the song that goes right after this one in the credists?

  • @fakiu "End Credits" is the name of the song on the OST.

  • The best zombie movie of all time! Even better than some of George Romero's stuff.

  • @VictorCreed89 The only good remake that George did was Dawn of the Dead-after that, all his movies were fucking garbage. He lost his touch.

  • mind blowing movie the music just makes it that much greater

  • Wonderful song! It´s elegant, thrilling, sad and slightly hopeful at the same time, just like life. I like this 70s touch too. Thank you for posting it and congratulations to Blue States for creating it.

  • The worst part was when the father got infected. Too sad.

  • "The End is extremely fucking nigh!"

    I love this movie. XD

  • Whats the name of the band doing the song?

And if it's Blue State, then there must not be ANY tabs for it..

    sad face.

  • i love this song

  • margot....watch this movie!

  • i luv this song and movie

  • chill song, chill movie to go along with it.

  • 28 weeks later is pants

its defeats the purpose of low budget british movies by turning it all "yay for the yanks"

in my eyes ruined what should of been brilliance.

the highlight of 28 weeks was the start afterwards it got pathetic

  • i agree!

  • I agree exactly. I was really interested at the beginning and then tailed off. 28 days is awesome.

  • @diskopants

    yay for the yanks?

It involved americans both good and bad, mostly bad. It is a struggle of man against authoraty as they escape exicution- may I specify, by the yanks. So one of the main characters is american, its hardly yay for the yanks.

    Rant over. :P

  • @jordan123321cookson first of all, learn how to spell. I mean, holy fucking shit dude. Were you home schooled by parents who didnt love you? Second of all, there was no "american main character". Lastly, none of what you said makes any sense whatsoever. Have a nice life.

  • @therockstarpoet

Right, lets talk about this calmly now, little angry person.

Firstly, Im dyslexic. However I dont quite see why my spelling bother you so much, you can obviously understand what I said. My parents love me very much, thank you.

I don't know if you were aware of this but I was talking about the second film, 28 weeks later? Where the american soldior is one of the main characters yeh? maybe things will make more sense now.

Thank you, I will, you too.

  • @jordan123321cookson watch the fucking movie before posting stupid comments

  • @Petyo84

I can assure you, I have seen the film many times- you may notice I was talking about the sequal, 28 WEEKS later, starring an american in the lead role as an american soldior?

Jesus, the rage virus didn't come from monkeys did it, It came from people on youtube! :L

  • @jordan123321cookson oops, that was supposed to go to the guy you answered to... I will learn to use the fucking reply feature before posting stupid comments ;)

  • This movie is teh fucking bomb, i think so anyway. I love the like other world kind of sound to all the music from it. good vid!

  • this was such a good song for the credits of this movie (which blew my mind btw...)

  • 2:58

  • fucking precious song!! at the end found it!!

  • sure it,s from man mountain best blue states album, i bought it when it first came out, way before they used it for the soundtrack

  • It's like no one heard this song till they watched 28 days later. It's from an album not just that movie.

  • sure

  • A wonderful song, filled with depth, allure, and that silky 70's touch. Music at its most symbolic.

  • i dunno why but i suppose this song has its own special atmosphere ;)

  • Wow i found the scary zombie song!

  • not zombies. infected -_-

  • actually i think everyone knows that there werent zombies in 28 Days Later but is more confortable calling then zombies than infected

  • acctuuuaalllllyyy, i believe more people are comfortable calling them infected.

i mean, i do have 4 thumbs up and the zombie guy has 1?

    ratio- win.

  • I wish the rest of the bands music was like this too.

  • So does anybody realize that this is the Singer from New Young Pony Club, If you dont know who the are you should look them up.

  • My dad played in this band when they released this....... think it got to 86 in ths single charts haha. good track tho

  • 2:10 really awesome part

  • HAWTNESS!

  • /love this.

  • keeps me moving!

  • yeah now this is what i call freaking music!!!!!!!

  • nice song i must say!!!

  • haha thats a good change from the opposite thing: in a house break with evrything else than 28 weeks later :P but that songs own, im sure ive heard it somewhere... was it in one of these 2 movies? didint watch them in a while now -.-

  • What´s this? Is this a movie or a videogame?

  • A movie. 28 Days Later.

  • movie

  • a movie dude hahahahh the best movie ever check it out a must wacth

  • awsome movie.

    Director:

    Danny Boyle

  • This is so pretty. I love this.

  • I was home alone, sitting in the dark with only a lamp on when I first saw this. It was on one of the free on demand stations, and the first scene or two scared the crap outta me. I didn't know what to expect. I just clicked on it cause it sounded good, and in the scene where Jim is running and Salene & Mark save him, I turned it off but turned it back on. I watched it twice in a row. Good movie, and I loves Cillian Murphy! One of my fave viral infection / zombie movies. Love this song too. :)

  • its not only a movie 'bout infection but also of human basic isntincts, as survival and even love, its deeper than most thinks. it show the reaction of humans in case of any catastrophic event.

  • this, the sequel, dance of the dead, and dead snow are my favorite zombie movies

  • You know the chick that dies in the toilet? I've talked to her XD

  • drealgrin what r you smoken

  • common sense

  • your comment and your incomprehension

of music ruin this song imo

  • this song is Unbelievebly beautiful

  • rgr

  • Greatest song ever written, ever since Danny Boyle made the Trainspotting, they used good modern pop British music in the movies. Very great movie. This is my favorite epidemic movie.

  • The first 10 minutes of this film knocked me off my socks

  • Where can you buy this music? Like, from what store names?

  • this song topped off the greatest movie for me! it kinda gives you a sense of victory or happiness paired with the same kind of ending

  • By far THE BEST zombie movies made to date.

  • i totally agree, but i think it was intended more for as a political film. just my thoughts...

  • Technically they weren't zombies since they weren't dead yet, buuut still one of my favourite films in the general genre

  • True, I mean it's one of my favorite Viral Epidemic Films.

  • love this tune and love it again and again! freaking awesome as the film!

  • awesome tune........great film.

  • I just watched this move last night. Very good and very scary! I really liked this song, so I watched the credits.

  • although a rip off off dawn of the dead.

that film was almost depressingly scary. yes i shit my pants.

  • 28 days later came out 2 years before the american dawn of the dead, the original dawn of the dead however was released in 1978.

28 days is alot better imo.

  • i was in fact talking about the original my darling

  • Was nothing like either Dawn of the Deads.

  • 28 Days Later was too much better than the Dawn movies. Or any of the Dead movies.

  • one of my favourite moovie..and also this song...

  • Love this song, and the movie....and Megan Burns xD

  • Amazing song,Amazing movie, one of my all time favourites infact

  • at the credits the only thing your gonna see is a black screen with a bunch of names on it lol

  • @ncd1986 but after the credits you see an alternate ending, so it's worth warching ;)

  • @ncd1986 yeah but the way they transition to the creds makes it amazing

  • I have watched the movie 3 years ago and i like it very much.Last week i watched on TV the last 2 minutes. This song is on the end crdits.

  • I guess MentalApe is not just a clever name.

    XDDDDD

  • How dare you give me a negative review. this movie is great and the song is great.

  • Thanks for your reply mentalape-So your into rap-that explains it.

  • Does it now

    ?

  • im into quite a bit of stuff actually, including your mom :)

  • your a jackass.

  • Hello, Hello. This movie will create a cult following. Selina come back.

  • gorgeous, haunting, underated song for a great, disturbing, and amazing movie. song and movie were made for each other.

  • I lov ethis song and the beautiful Selina. Hopes she's in the third flick.

  • I love this song and the movie is awesome, it suppose to come a third movie, I hope cillian murphy is on it

  • Whats the name of the song after this in the credits?

  • yeah I have the same question. its the second song in the credits.

  • Blue States is a really great band. Check out "The Soundings"...one of my favorites albums in general.

  • i have seen this movie many times and i like the song very much it has a very nice tunes.

  • At last I Found It!"

  • In March 2007, Boyle announced plans to create a third chapter of the franchise, which will be given the title 28 Months Later with a 2009 release date,Boyle has stated that his thoughts are to set the movie in Russia

In July 2007, while promoting Sunshine, Boyle revealed that he has a story formulating for the next film. "There is an idea for the next one, something which would move on. I've got to think about it, whether it's right or not." Boyle also revealed that he would be director

  • u know if its gonna have ciliian murphy in it?

  • i always wished they would make a 28 hours later or something like that... the whole movie could involve the entire drama and devastation that the epidemic created, as well as giving jim, mark, and Selena a background. I mean we know what the plague can do... but how did it first come into being? that's what i would like to know.

  • Did you NOT watch the film. The virus is the result of humans experimenting on animals, which are released by do-gooders. It is explained in the first five minutes!! Idiot.

  • I did watch the movie... thank you very much. You probably did not understand my point. Yes the plague started by animal testing... but what happened after that? there is so much action and drama that could be applied to a movie that would be worth watching. I don't see how you wouldn't catch that in my comment... it seems I'm not quite the idiotic one, eh? Think.

  • Mate. Your comment said. "We know what the plague can do...but how did it first come into being?" That is a direct quote, hence you do not understand how the plague came into being. But this is obvious as you see in the first 5 mins of 28 days later that it is obviously a manmade virus. Sorry but your comment did not make it clear what you meant. But I do agree with you, a 28 hours later would be awesome! Sorry for any offence!

  • i meant "How it come into being as"... How it did do what it did? How did the plague affect the world after it escaped from the lab? Also, how did Mark and Selena survive? How did London first respond to the epidemic? What i should have said was "We know what the plague can do, but how did it turn England into what it did?" Sorry for the confusion.

  • OK Mate. Cheers for the explanation.

PS I would love to see a 28 hours later as well. It would be quality to see the panic as it gets on the news and radio and then everywhere. It would be awesome and frightening at the same time. Did you see Dead Set on Ch E4 last week. It was good as well.

  • I think 28 Hours Later would be much more interesting to watch than 28 Months Later. I hope they go that route for the sequel. Oh yeah, great song!

  • as how good he was was in it and how much of a great character jim was i dont see it fitting in in a russian setting. it would be great though. Jim's "Rage" scene was the best.

  • I really want the people from Days to be in the 'Months' Film like Cillian and Naomi cause I wanna find out if they survied. Btw Awsome song. Really Creepy and It's got a great tune ! x

  • Heheh, took me a while, but I found this incredible song. :)

I run my DVD sometimes and skip to the credits to enjoy this song :P

  • good song

  • Can't we all play nicely? Love the song! ^^

  • ANoNymousKiLLa, you talk from your anus. The second film is far darker, and has one of the best openings to a horror movie ever. Maybe not quite as good as the first one, but it was definately a worthy sequel.

  • I agree with you, TomHooligan2007. The opening was so good it really set the bar high for the rest of the movie to live up to hightened expectations. Unfortunately, what was to follow was the escence of the first movie, spoiled by Hollywood cliches such as having a mad angry black man saying "Take that, you motherfuckeerrrrss!!" while flying helicopter pads into zombies. It was a cool scene, I won't deny that, but it did NOT belong in that film. Basically my feeling for this movie in a nutshell.

  • Yeah, i think that scene more belonged in a film like "I am Legend" rather than 28 weeks later. I think both "days" and "weeks" still far surpass that movie in terms of cinematic experience and storyline. Although for pure enjoyment/cheese factor "The Omega Man" starring Charton Heston is really cool in a kind of Twighlight Zone- freaky kind of way. I thin any fans of "28 days later" should definately check it out.

  • i like how the omega man, the last man on earth, and i am legend are all based off of the same book by richard matheson. i think that book is what really set the genre for these kinds of movies

  • Yea the second movie sucked ass...

  • Love this song. Excellent song with excellent 28 Days Later imagery.. nice video

  • you racist pig, what the hell are you talking about??

muslims and zombies are WAY far from each other

if they wanted to be muslims, im pretty sure hollywood would make it muslim people

if they didnt want pple bugging them about the movie for saying its all muslim people

im sure hollywood is smart enough to glamour it up more then using zombies

    you tard

  • Islam isn't a race.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree.

  • You're a dick.

  • Oh, you're the guy who calls other people names on the internet. I've heard about you.

  • No it's not. It's a zombie movie. There is an entire genre of zombie movies back as far as the 1950's or earlier. Are they are analogous to Muslims invading other countries?

Or are you just a troll?

  • Just trying to get people to think, Joanne.

  • No, you're a paranoid xenophobe

  • I plead guilty.

  • blue states are incredible project - many songs are just amazing!!

The music inspires your dreams to take you somewhare faraway..

  • This movie rules! , the second one should have never been done. At least the way they did it.

  • It should have been Danny Boyle in the director's chair, that's what i think. I liked his choice of camera usage in 'Days' and he seems to understand drama more thoroughly.

  • Wow, what a groovy, innovative and nevertheless

powerful song. very difficult to find new and own style music like this nowadays.

    GREAT!!!

  • 2nd move was even better, and this group is also very good, as well as the song!

Maybe we can all play it, when we are all alone, in an empty world, if we make the wrong decisions. And how likely is that, considering our prior history?

  • You must be joking. The second one is a piece of s h i t compared to this one.

You can think "the second one is better" only if you believe that a bigger budget makes always a better movie.

    In this case. NOT!!!!

The second one is full with Hollywood cliches. They put even a villain among the "zombies".

That's only one thing (of several) that ruined the 2nd movie.

    Bye

  • Obviously, you're in the minority, per viewers and box office returns, which aren't reasons to think it's better...BUT...IT IS! I thought the Zombies in "I Am Legend" made all others look old school, and lame!

  • I think you didn't understand the part i wrote about the zombies. And by the way, nobody is talking about "I Am Legen".

When i say "the second one is bad" i'm not referring to photography and other aspects that are better than the second one. The first one was recorded in a poor video quality that made it look better and helped with the atmosphere.

And, i totally prefer to be in the minority than swallow all "hollywood" films without thinking, including "I Am Legend" xD

    Bye

  • I agree, the 2nd was worse than the 1st! 28 days seemed fresh and original. 28 weeks seemed a bit confusing and annoying! the whole rioting part was chaotic not for what was going on but just how random it was! random dying throughout just didnt make any sense either...

Further the ending just plain sucked: I finished the movie annoyed at the damn stupid kid and how everyone who was at least a bit admirable died!

  • "Oh yeah, let's go and play at the forbidden quarantined area. Don't worry about the Death signals, nothing bad will happen to us there"

Man, that stupid kid should have died at the beginning of the movie, or at least at the end xD

  • yeah i agree

  • great song!

  • this song is absolutely amazing

  • AWESOME SONG.. I LOVE THIS SONG
