ya know. for dripping blood, you could use a simple hose, loose liquid that looks like blood, and an assistant. have the assistant stand behind the person getting shot with the tube going through the shirt to the front impact site. When queued, the assistant will blow the liquid through the tube behind the actor and the liquid will seep down the shirt just like someone was bleeding. I just thought this up and I think its worth a try.
