Thats BS that kingston is the most murderous, Ciudad Juarez in Mexico has the most murders per 100,000 people in the world and you can GOOGLE THAT SHIT! Ciudad juarez has just over a million people and they city homicide count has already reached 2,000 murders and still two more months to go.
Yes DETROIT is the 5th most dangerous city in the world and I've seen it on at least 3 differant sites, Detroit has 800,000 people and had 418 murders in a year, thats worse then most world cities.

FYI one of the crime reports I saw about Detroit being in the top 5 worlds most dangerous cities was from an FBI crime report that I saw like a year ago, you gonna tell me the FBI arn't reliable. I'm not saying every year Detroit is in the top 5 most dangerous but certainly it has been before.

true all this liberal middle class thinking for long term resolvement isn't going to help in the present climate. At the same talk meditation and initiatives with gangs and young people seem to be the best way to deal with the gang situation. The government let this problem go out of hand in the 80s and only since 2007 started making a big deal about it, so the government had to react, the met police denied any exsistance of teen gangs in london in 2006 ironically enough.
