alright for those who want a somewhat translation:

he's screaming some random stuff I believe, that he says he's being impolite, then he screams some more and says he's being excited. next he says a lot has happend in 2004, like his gyuudon (a bowl of rice topped with cooked beef and vegetables) has dissapeared, and then it revived again. after that he just talks some more about gyuudon and him being excited... oh yeah and he says about 15 times that he's miyavi XD
