@allcash007 Don't worry about those two too much...they usually take a bit longer than the other characters to complete.

If they're really giving you trouble, try buying and equipping the pink-colored "Meteor Shots" and "Healing Wave" DMW materia from the "Research Dept. QMC + " shop. They will increase your chances of getting Cloud or Aerith, but unfortunately they cost 10,000 gil *apiece*.

You have to access the DMW menu, then you'll get a message and receive the armor.

if you equip genji parts + ziedrich + have 255 Vitality and Spirit + have 99999 HP + use costly punch + use curaga + block her attacks + use phoenix downs, then the battle is a breeze : )

iv got a bit of a different strategy just do the sp trick then the gil trick equip sp barrier so i lose sp instead of hp i just wanted enough hp incase i do run out of sp and keep using gil toss for a total of 499,995 damage each time do you think that will work

the armour is good for me cos i feel the regen and the endur really helps. i cant remember which mission it was, i think its 9-6-5, the 1 that every encounter the soldiers r like ants, at least 5-6 each fight. without endurance i cant do anything but run around and heal myself. but during that time my stats overall was around 150-160+ only cos i havent reach minerva and thus my stats r not maxed. endurance will block interference, so when u attack, u wont be stopped unless u cancel it urself.

You know when you go into modulating phase and sometimes videos (or memories) show up and play, then it goes back to the DWM? You need to see every video in order to get 100%. For most characters there are 4 memories worth 10% and 2 worth 25%, and as you already start on 10% this adds up to 100%. For summons, you only need to see the animation once to get 100%.

The leveling up system is random. When three 7s line up when the DMW is spinning, Zack levels up by 1. When two same numbers appear when the DMW is spinning, depending on the third number, one of Zacks equipped materia will level up by 1. If you don't have any SP, the DMW does not spin. When you are cursed, the DMW does not spin.

Theres an invisible experience system and the dmw looks at your current level and the possible level you can have based on how much experience you have. From there it rounds down. You can find out more about it on gamefaqs

you get it by getting in battle with a magic pot in mission 7-6-6 but you must have the magic pot DMW first..i don't remember how i got that..oh and one more thing you need equipment:gil toss,costly punch,something that can hit 99,999(costly punch also works here) and octaslash(don't worry it won't be too hard to get).

View all the scenes of the characters, get the summons to come out at least once.

You can't do it until late in the game, as some of them (Genesis, Cissnei, Cloud, Sephiroth) require you to be AT LEAST past Nibelheim.

Well, when the DMW goes into Modulation Phase, you sometimes get random "memories" of that character. You can check DMW in the menu to see how many you have, indicated by a percentage.

If a character is 100%, you've seen all the memories of them. If it's lower, you need to keep trying your luck.

You also need to find all the Summon materia and Special Character items. Every Crisis Core walkthrough can help you there.

Of course you lose the DMW's, the game itself programs it so that there's no glitch, it makes sense becuase you meet the friends then there added. Otherwise the story dosen't make sense although you know who they are already. I know it's stupid that you lose the DMW people, they should let you keep them since you know who they are and what they do.

I took me about 15 hours of fighting with 4 Meteor Shots lv5 (master) to finally get the last memory of Cloud :/ I was actually easier to kill Minerva and get Genji Shield than to finish the DMW.

You have to get into a lot of battles or get these special Materia. The Materia are only found in shops in 4 HARD missions. ou get the Materia, you can equip it and get more DMWs. It takes a long time, but well worth it.

Have you kept the Materia for the DMWs on long enough? Once you get the Summons they're at 100% in one summon. You have to keep the character's Materia on long enough for it to work and get into a lot of battles.

do mission 5-2-5 with death immunity, thunder absorb on and any amount of hp

leave ur psp in this mission for a few hours and hope our friend Odin doesnt show up.

dont have too much atk so that u dont rush assault/octaslash the enemy to death but make sure u can still finish it off easily when u wanna check ur DMW (costly punch ftw)

nows a good time to use moogle materia (and master it) and character materias to improve the chance of getting those last videos!
