There are just two other videos out there that seem convincing, that's the "Sverdlovsk Midget" and "Alien corpses L'Annonciation Quebec 1992"

Base on the physical proportions of the figure i am certain it is not a guy in a suit. Look at the length of its femur. The arms are obvious but the legs get more scrutiny because it is running on them, the legs work.

It does not look like CGI, only other possible hoax could be puppetry. i would like to hear from the person that shot the video.
