No....The Veyron holds the world record for fastest production car. The fastest Drivetrain car is the Vesco Turbinator at 470.444 MPH/757.106 KPH, Recorded October 18, 2001, at the Bonneville Salt Flats, USA. Regardless, i do believe off the production line any of the aforementioned cars are tuned to the max. So you aren't going to get anymore out of these cars than what they have.
