@MarlenLife I think I understand, but correct me if I'm wrong, according to this new system, there will be a 4 year conscription for everyone at one point in their life to serve humanity in one of the various forms of necessary labor, energy, food production, etc. Could this be the factor that will make sure that provisions are met for all? And all would agree to this since it's they know that it's just a temporary sacrifice where they won't have to slave for 30 years of their life?

Each one would have to realize that living here requires sustenance, not at the level of working for 30+ years non-stop but only 4 years of mandatory service to the community within such activities that enable the functioning of the system. Equal rights = Equal Responsibilities.

This single idea of Equality can debunk the entire system as it exists - not only economy but all hierarchical systems which in essence represents a threat to everyone perpetuating the power atm. @smallen642 Economics is a make-believe system that we've all subscribed to without ever pondering its actual relation to the physical reality of which there is virtually NON. It's a made up system to pretend there is some knowledge upon the relation between resources and the population yet it's obviously manipulated to only benefit those with such "knowledge". Unless there is actual understanding of this world required to live in an Equality order, any other 'solution' is prone to fail.

One more question. Money is not only a motivator, but more importantly, used as a tool for voting. For example, if I was an artist and had some awful work, no one would buy it and I would not continue my art. Or as a restaurant, if I had awful food, people would vote with their wallets and take their business elsewhere.
How would this work in an equal money system? There are many people who dream of being a singer, artist, chef, etc, but who prevails is ultimately decided by the consumer.

This will be a point that is devoid of being linked to money and remuneration itself. The Equal Money System means that whatever you do won't be motivated by money just self-expression.Therefore, it is a new way of living and expressing without having to compromise yourself according to 'being chosen' by a consumer just because of money. No doubt that no person should be afraid to end up homeless or hungry if they don't want to work.
Money is a poor motivator. I really don't think anything great came into being because money was the reward.
I really don't blame people for being greedy because the current system demands people be greedy for survival.

@1971SuperLead Money depends on what can be acquired with money and how that money is distributed determines the lifestyle of a human being. Now within changing how money is distributed and existent in essence which would be equalizing it as LIFE to support life, then survival mode stops and we can focus on educating ourselves to consider each other as equals in all arenas. We propose this system as a pacific transition, with the least harm possible - we stand as a pacific movement indeed.

I sure would like to see a country where people could feel safe while educating themselves in the career that really interests them. What an advanced society that would be, and everyone would be cleaning their own mess too. Who would work the sewage treatment centers however? Are people really eager for such a career?

It's pretty well known that the harder or smarter you work, the more money you'll get. What will motivate people to work harder and work smarter?
Also, I don't think anybody says "When I grow up, I want to be a tech support operator for Dell". If the equal money system allows people to do what they're passionate about, how will companies like Dell find people to work in sales or tech support?

@mak0t0san A lot of things will change within the Equal Money System - an entire restructuring of how industries and companies operate will take place. There will be necessary jobs of course and there will be people that will certainly work in developing technology just as we have today. The motivation - and there's also a video upon this' is Equality as a Life-Supportive System - nothing else really - it is within giving to others what we want for ourselves that we find such motivation.

@MarlenLife Thanks for taking the time to answer. Another question. Money is a motivator. Overtime pay motivates people to work longer. Bonuses are also given out as rewards, allowances given to children. Say I have a deadline to meet for a project and requires me to stay a little longer. Without the fear of losing my job or not getting paid, what will stop me from just walking away and not finishing the project? In the equal money system, what will be used as a motivator?

The bottom line is that LIFE is equal when it is given to a human, but humans are NOT equal to one another. Only the life we possess is. The fact of the matter is that many people if made "equal" by monetary means, would not pull their weight in society. There is a reason many people are poor in America; many people are just plain lazy! I agree about the sustainable community crowd. It is exclusionary and elitist. The masses have "more power" than the numbered elite. The people must collectively WANT to implement an equal money system and follow it with actions. Currently, the masses of the people have made a conscious agreement to enable and allow the current system of debt.
