I had 10 migraines in the last 8 weeks some times i can go 2 years and not get one. it is like a row of flashing X#X#xxixxi+

in front of one eye and when that goes one is left with a sore head and pins and needles in the left hand.

@PogoFogo i get the same thing, the flashy squiggly lines that starts out very small and spreads out into a curved C shape sometimes a spiral, strange feeling like i got gingerale rolling around in my brain, that all lasts for an hour or so then fades away. followed by horrid head ache... i have had prob 30 in the past few months, but i had gone maybe 4-5 months without any at all...

@matthias2986 That is a lot of Migraines, Are u working out a lot, I always get them

3 or 4 days after weight training. It could be u are not eating enough carbohydrates.

I eat a bole of porridge every morning and last thing at night and i have not had one

since i started the new diet.
