The only thing I don't have is the battery/ration sound... >:( The rest you can find on Cydia (MGS Sound Pack and combine it with MGS ! Alert Txt)... (Everything is on Cydia except ration battery sound & the codec call ringtone) someone else on youtube has a vid specifically for the codec call ringtone.

I had this, all I kept was the ringtone now though. I'd accidentally leave my phone on going to class and the "!" noise would freak people out. Also the whole lock and unlock thing gets old fast.

go to a website called "zedge" and type in the search "metal gear alert". After you download it, just put it in itunes and change the file type to make it a ringtone :)
