Its not a glitch..It mission editor(Mission editor is a program that you can edit your map)...Someone else is using it on your sever...0/854652345

this has to do with the terrain level-of-detail or LOD's. the terrain will become less or more detailed as you come closer or go farther away.

He was using mission editor and moving the terrain to fit his build,
no glitch.
