wow. i didn't realize it but i've been doing this since i was a kid lol. My old mongoose 21 speed mountain bike had problems shifting from the extremes so i was forced to do this.

but sometimes, the perfect cadence for a certain speed, is exactly at the gears you ''shouldnt'' be using...i aint gonna change, sometimes i just do need to do that...
