the only reason this happened because teams are scared of us, the iroquois people, because if iroquois nationals went it would've been them in the chanpionship.Its unfair but it is what it is. With events like 9/11, governments can't just assume that everything will be fine. Security has to be lock tight, NO EXCEPTIONS. The iroquois team only has themselves to blame. They had the passports that were illegal to travel with. If they don't like the rules, then do something or don't travel. Simple as that

@ch33ze0g Its not all about safety and security. The real issue is that the US and UK are refusing to recognize the Six Nations tribes as a sovereign nation. Iroquois aren't going to travel with a US passport because they don't consider themselves American. I don't see the issue with accepting these passports unless there was some specific shortcoming with the passport like not having a date of birth on them. If they were denied simply because they were Iroquois passports then that is bogus.

Its shit that the Iroquios Nationals wont be there, and its a great loss to all the people that wanted to see some seriously good competition in Manchester. By all means blame it on the UK government! But its not the fault of English lacrosse that they cant be here so dont have a go at them... Indigenous peoples' passports need to be recognized Internationally. It's a blow to the heart and soul of who you are when security officials refuse to acknowledge you, but will accept you if/when you give up your identity. I also believe that the government owes it to our Native American tribes to aid them in the funds needed to up the security features on their passport.
