The PC graphics are infact better than the Xbox360 and for one reason. The PC is expandable. Which means you can always add more RAM, graphics cards, harddrives ext. YouTube has just crushed the quality down as it always does. Trust me, i have an Xbox360 and a PC both running GTA IV

i think you must download and install the newwest patch(1.0.0.4) and then download asi-loader(try google it) and then paste it at your gta iv folder and then try it.

I first installed the game, then the patch 5 (1.0.0.4) the GFWL (games for windows live) And when i had everithing installed i cracked(if you have the original game this is not necesary but if want you can try 'cause the multiplayer is alredy dissabled by the xliveless) the game and mod it.

you have to mod the iso file, you will need a flashed xbox 360 and a copy of your game its easy to find tutorials for this once you have a flashed xbox and a backup on your pc of gta PM me and i will tell you how to mod the files.
