i have the sinfulcolors in hot pink. when i use it the polish comes out uneven, and not smooth like my other polishes. is my polish too dry perhaps? it's actually my newest bottle of polish. :(

i looooove how you're using affordable/cheap nail polish. I see all these other tutorials using OPI and China Glaze and where I live they are $7 and up. But Sinful colors, which is what I use is only $1.15 at my local drug store. (:
