it looks as if the Chinese military is nothing more than a theatrical trailer. when it comes down to combat the U.S. will attack from the air from aircraft carriers. China has no way of sailing up to the coast and launching planes from the water like the U.S. can. We have ships that escort other ships and ships that protect those ships.
